Student / Instructor Registration

New Golani students who have already filled out a registration form provided by their instructor (also for instructor registration):
Before you can register on the site, you'll need to fill in a student registration form. You'll do this only when becoming a Golani student.

Workshop Registration

Non-students can register for workshops here:

Golani Israeli Security Specialists is hereafter referred to as Golani.

INDEMNITY:

I do hereby warrant and acknowledge:

  1. that the above information is accurate and correct
  2. that my general health is good is that there is nothing that renders me unfit to take part in training
  3. that I am completely aware of all the risks involved and that:

I voluntarily assume the risks inherent in taking part in such training and I, together with next of kin hereby release Golani Israeli Security Specialists cc, its owners, officers, instructors, servants and representatives, from any duty or care towards me, in connection with my participation in any training, and from liability from all or any claims that could accrue to me or my next of kin arising out of my participation in the training or in any related activities irrespective of whether such claim or claims arose through the negligence of any person, or from any of the risks, dangers or hazards inherent in such training, or of any loss of, or damage to, any property from any cause whatsoever and I further indemnify and hold harmless associated persons against any claims howsoever the same may arise.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  1. Payment terms stated on invoices received from Golani are to be strictly adhered to. Golani reserves the right to cancel or suspend any training of a student should payment terms not be met.
  2. Payment contracts are month to month, thus no long-term contracts exist.
  3. Termination or temporary suspension of training must be put in writing to accounts@golani.co.za at least 7 days before the start of a new month. If an invoice has been issued, the client will be responsible for paying it in full.

TERMINATION OR TEMPORARY SUSPENSION:

  1. Golani reserves the right to refuse training to any student at its discretion.
  2. A client wishing to terminate training during any point during the month when payment for that month has been made, is no entitled to any refund.
  3. Termination or temporary suspension of training must be put in writing to accounts@golani.co.za at least 7 days before the start of a new month.
